Stálé i dočasné expozice Veletržního paláce zabírají všech pět pater.
Na ploše 13 500 m2 je umístěno víc než 2 000 exponátů, které dokumentují vývoj českého moderního umění v souvislostech se světovým uměleckým vývojem.
Mimořádně cenné kolekce zahrnují všechny druhy výtvarného vyjádření od obrazů, skic a maleb přes sochy, plastiky nebo fotografie a grafiky. 
Stálé expozice oživují krátkodobé výstavy děl nejrůznějšího zaměření a Veletržní palác nabízí svým hostům řadu doprovodných vzdělávacích a informativních programů.
