Poliklinika I.P. Pavlova je rozdělena na dvě pracoviště – Kartouzská Praha 5 a Legerova Praha 2. Chirurgické a operační obory jsou umístěny na pracovišti v Kartouzské Praha 5, ostatní konzervativní obory naleznete na pracovišti Legerova Praha 2. Obě pracoviště jsou v těsné blízkosti MHD (metro, tramvaj).

Termíny celé rehabilitace mi změnili celkem 5x, při každé návštěvě jsem musela přepisovat data a hodiny, 6 cvičení a 6 ultrazvuků se táhlo 5 měsíců. Slečny na recepci podávají nepravdivé informace - např. mě poslali za lékařem znovu vystavit poukaz na rehabilitaci, který se prostě ztratil, lékař ten den vůbec neordinoval, já pobíhala po patrech (o dvou holích) a - poukaz se nakonec našel v recepci, slečna ho měla v šuplíku. Nechápu, jak si tohle v dnešní době může soukromá poliklinika dovolit k pacientovi.
